Arizona Draft A-F Public Hearings
The Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) provides Arizona the opportunity to create our own measures of school quality, while maintaining the expectation that we work together to ensure all Arizona stakeholders understand how Arizona’s public and charter K‐12 schools will be graded this year and in years to come.
The Arizona State Board of Education invites you to share your input on the Arizona Draft A‐F School Accountability Plan. We are seeking to create a simple, transparent plan that measures proficiency and growth, provides timely, valid, and reliable data, and measures a school’s quality based upon multiple indicators.
Please join us at one of our public hearings, listed on the back, to submit your comments on the Arizona Draft A‐F School Accountability Plan. We will be traveling throughout Arizona to listen and collect your thoughts. We hope to see you there!
