Call for Presentations
Once you access the log-in screen, make sure to click the red “Submit Call for Presentation” button. Do not log in to your ACTEAZ account before submitting your Call for Presentation. If you are taken to your ACTEAZ Dashboard after clicking the link, you are currently logged in. Please log out, return to the submission link, and click “Submit Call for Presentation” again. The submission process must be started without logging in.
YOUR EXPERIENCE CAN MOVE THE WORK FORWARD. ACTEAZ invites Arizona CTE leaders and practitioners to share their experience, ideas, and solutions at the 2027 Midwinter Leadership Conference. Smaller by design. Deeper by purpose. Midwinter is an intimate gathering where CTE professionals from secondary and postsecondary education come together for meaningful conversation, practical learning, and shared problem-solving. You don’t have to be a national expert or have all the answers. You simply have to have something worth sharing. Bring a practice that is making a difference. A challenge you’ve navigated. A partnership that is working. An idea that could help another leader move forward. This is your opportunity to share what you know, learn from your peers, and contribute to the future of Arizona CTE. Bring your experience. Share your work. Move AZ CTE forward.
Presentation Requirements:
Length of Presentation: Presentations should be 50 minutes long.
Guidelines: Please do not use acronyms, initials or CAPS in your name, affiliation, address, title or description. ACTEAZ/ACOVA reserves the right to edit presentation titles and descriptions for length and content.
Accepted presenters and co-presenters are responsible for ALL conference-related expenses, including travel, lodging and meals.
Selling or promoting products or services is NOT permitted in presentations. All proposals are peer-reviewed. Final decisions will be made and submitters will be notified of the status of their proposal through email by December 11, 2026.

By submitting a Call for Presentation, you grant permission for the use of your name, voice and/or likeness related to your participation in any event affiliated with the Midwinter Leadership Conference. You waive all rights to any compensation and to approve the images, social media, audio and/or printed and electronic material in which they are used, and you release the Association Career Technical Education of Arizona (ACTEAZ) ACOVA, ACTEAZ Affiliates, and its employees, consultants and agents from any claims, damages, or liability.
