2018 ACTEAZ Officer Elections

This year there will be an election for the ACTEAZ offices of President-Elect, and Treasurer. Officer candidates should be members that have demonstrated leadership in the Arizona Career and Technical Education Association or their ACTEAZ Affiliate Association. All election applicants must be current ACTEAZ members.
- Criteria specific to President-Elect is to have held a prior office/position on the ACTEAZ Board of Directors or an office in one of the affiliates. It is important that this person have prior knowledge of the multiple responsibilities of the ACTEAZ Presidency because of its complex responsibilities. This is truly an important and busy position.
- Criteria specific to Treasurer is they should have extensive knowledge and service with our state association or affiliates. A knowledge of accounting procedures and be familiar with accounting software like QuickBooks.
There are six Board of Directors meetings a year and a minimum of six Executive Committee meetings as part of the responsibility of these ACTEAZ offices.
