Three Important Facts for a Smooth Election
In order to vote in the 2012 ACTE National Board of Directors Election, you must be a member of ACTE as of October 20, 2011. Please remember to renew your membership if need be!
The 2012 ACTE Board of Directors Election will be held from November 18 until 11:59pm EST on December 19, 2011. This year we will continue to have a completely electronic election.
All eligible voting members will receive an e-mail from SBS with voting instructions, a link to the electronic ballot, and general election information including your Member ID # and
e-signature. Eligible voting members who do not have an e-mail address on file with ACTE will receive a sealed postcard at the address we have on file, with their Member ID # and unique e-signature along with voting instructions.
In preparation, please be sure to:
- Verify your email address with ACTE. If ACTE does not have your e-mail address, it is imperative that you update your member profile immediately. You can do this on the ACTE website by going to www.acteonline.org logging in (please note your User Name is your Member Number)and clicking on “Update Your Profile” in the top left corner or by calling (800) 826-9972.
- Make sure you/your IT Department puts Survey and Ballot Systems on your email’s “white list” so your voting information can be received/not marked as SPAM. The email will be sent to you from: firstname.lastname@example.org
