FBLA Hosts Leadership Camp in Prescott, AZ!

Submitted by Ryan Hamilton

On September 15-17, 2011 over 220 Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) members and advisors attended the 2011 FBLA Arizona Leadership Camp in Prescott, AZ. This leadership development training brought together 28 FBLA chapters from high schools throughout Arizona for three-days of dynamic teambuilding and youth leadership development. Tri Leadership Resources led the training, which included communication workshops, teambuilding and networking activities. Members and advisers were “Taking Care of Business” with leadership development activities and even some fun sprinkled in with the FBLA’s Got Talent program, Crazy Contests, and more! The Camp was a sell-out as FBLA members and advisors from across the state have learned the value of this leadership camp experience!

Members were also prepped on FBLA events that will occur throughout the year, including the upcoming FLEX Conference (Fall Leadership Extravaganza!) (October 20) that will be
co-hosted with the Arizona chapter of Health Occupation Students of America (HOSA) and will draw nearly 3,000 high school students from across the state!
