2026 Midwinter Leadership Conference Session Proposals

ACTEAZ and ACOVA are thrilled to announce the 2026 Midwinter Leadership Conference—and we need YOU to help make it exceptional! Share your knowledge and expertise with CTE professionals across Arizona by submitting a presentation proposal. The Midwinter Leadership Conference welcomes all CTE professionals – Administrators, Teachers, Counselors, Instructional Specialists, Data Professionals from all Career and Technical Education areas!
We are seeking presenters for the 2026 Midwinter Leadership Conference on February 4-6, who are excited to share their knowledge with their peers. While we welcome a wide variety of subjects, we are primarily focused on sessions within the following topics:

- Workforce Alignment & WBL
- Career Literacy Across K-12+
- Empowering Counselors
- Best Practices, AI, & Innovation
- Rural CTE Best Practices
- Marketing & Community Engagement
- Program Development & CTE Academics
- Postsecondary CTE Initiatives
- Data Driven Improvement
Length of Presentation: Presentations should be 50 minutes long.
Guidelines: Please do not use acronyms, initials or CAPS in your name, affiliation, address, title or description. ACTEAZ/ACOVA reserves the right to edit presentation titles and descriptions for length and content.
Accepted presenters and co-presenters are responsible for ALL conference-related expenses, including travel, lodging and meals.
Selling or promoting products or services is NOT permitted in presentations.
The deadline to submit a session proposal for the 2026 Midwinter Leadership Conference is November 20, 2025. All proposals are peer-reviewed. Final decisions will be made and submitters will be notified of the status of their proposal via e-mail by November 26, 2025.
