SUMMARY:Empowering Students Through Professional Skills
DESCRIPTION:NOTE: Registration for this course will close September 23\, 2026. If wanting to register after the deadline\, please email PD@west-mec.org\nLevel 3\nThis class is designed for all CTE teachers\nOption B approved course \nThis course will explore the nine Professional Skills identified by the Arizona Department of Education in collaboration with industry. Participants will identify them\, use already created rubrics to assess their use\, explore strategies to embed them across their curriculum\, and methods to evaluate students. \nUpon successful completion of the course\, which includes submission of homework\, participants will receive an ADE certificate for 15 professional development clock hours\, which equates to one (1) semester hour of coursework.
