Building on foundational skills\, participants will explore practical strategies to establish positive classroom climates\, craft professional syllabi\, optimize physical space for safety and learning\, and implement effective discipline protocols tailored to hands-on\, career-focused instruction. \nUpon successful completion of the course\, which includes the submission of homework\, participants will receive an ADE certificate for 15 professional development clock hours\, which equates to one (1) semester hour of coursework.
