DESCRIPTION:CTE courses are performance-based.  When teachers let students know exactly how their work will be evaluated\, the students’ level of performance always improves. Come and participate in a hands-on activity that uses a rubric\, determine where the rubric made a positive difference in your performance\, and then design a rubric for one of your own student projects with guided support and feedback.
