ACTEAZ Membership
The Association for Career and Technical Education of Arizona (ACTEAZ) is a volunteer professional non-profit association for Career and Technical Education (CTE) teachers and administrators to provide leadership in developing an educated, prepared, adaptable and competitive workforce. Our primary goals are to provide professional development for CTE professionals and to increase public awareness about the value and importance of CTE.

CTE News
ACTEAZ is a great way to keep informed about current CTE news and events in the state of Arizona. Along with the ACTEAZ website, we publish the ACTEAZ Review, a bi-monthly summary of the most important and outstanding news from across the state. Get new ideas to help with your CTE program and earn recognition for your CTE program, students and teachers.
Legislative Updates
ACTEAZ is working with National ACTE to help strengthen CTE ties and further its goals with state and national legislation. We do this with updates on legislation that affect CTE, updated CTE statistics and helpful ideas on how you can contact your legislative representation; ACTEAZ is here to help you stay informed and understand why CTE is so pivotal for the future success of our students.
Quality Networking and Professional Development
Our annual ACTE Summer Conference is just one event that ACTEAZ hosts in order to help you interact with other CTE educators, business and institutional partners and policymakers face to face. As an attendee, you choose from a variety of sessions across a wide range of subjects designed to help you take the most relevant information back to your classroom or office. ACTEAZ is constantly hosting or helping to support events throughout the year and across the state that are designed to help you with your professional development needs and encourage all members to take advantage.
Recognition
ACTEAZ is proud to award at the ACTE Summer Conference, through a diverse selection of categories, select members from across the state in recognition for their hard work and outstanding efforts throughout the year. Award winners, if they are ACTE National members and meet ACTE National qualifications, will get to compete nationally against other states for national recognition for specific award categories.
ACTEAZ also invites members to recognize the efforts of their hardworking students and to nominate them for scholarships. Through the combined efforts of ACTEAZ and several affiliates we are proud to recognize and award students with scholarships in hopes it will help to enable them to continue their education and future successes.
